The author is a Professional Engineer who worked for 40 years in the area of mathematical modeling and computer simulations of electric power systems and published several scientific papers in the field. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hon) and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and is a life member of national and international engineering associations.
